Founded by conductor and composer Remus Morosan, Pathway Music Ministries’ passion is to equip and develop Christian musicians and music leaders alike to serve in the body of Christ with humility and excellence. A non-profit organization, Pathway Music Ministries aims to promote quality in vocal and instrumental mediums used in worship services while preserving the sacredness of Church music. Our vision is that we be continually committed to serving the LORD while we inspire and develop musicians whose potential is great but opportunities for learning have been limited.

Pathway Music Ministries functions with the help of many volunteers who share the same faith in Jesus Christ and are mostly of Romanian descent. Our teams consist of Music Directors, Conductors and Worship leaders from Churches throughout the United States and Canada serving in our multi-faceted organization representing each division: Brass Band, Men’s Choir, Orchestra, Worship, and Mixed Choir.

We are committed to developing a generation of leaders who will in turn mentor the next generation of leaders and church musicians. Pathway Music Ministries focuses on discipleship training for people who are called to serve in music ministry and who desire to live a Christ-centered life. While music is the means, discipleship is the end. In everything we do, we desire to become more like Jesus, our ultimate leader. By providing resources, organizing training events and creating opportunities for growth, we seek to encourage and bless others, while serving the LORD through the wonderful gift of Music.

We are committed to live and serve faithfully, without fail: for the honor of God, the good of souls and the edifying of the Body of Christ. We believe that God is glorified when souls are benefited, and we are glad to be instrumental in this blessed work, all by divine grace.
